Dr. Pranjal Agrawal brings together academic excellence, broad clinical experience, and a deeply personal approach to medicine. After medical school, he earned a Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota, developing a strong foundation in prevention and population health, before completing his Internal Medicine training and board certification in 2007.

He subsequently built a successful Internal Medicine practice in Illinois, earning recognition for compassionate, patient-centered care while also serving as adjunct faculty at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. Throughout his career, he has consistently distinguished himself academically.His clinical interests include diabetes and metabolic health, cardiovascular disease, infectious diseases, cancer and early detection, preventive medicine, and healthy weight management.

At the heart of Dr. Agrawal’s practice is a simple belief: exceptional medicine begins with listening, continuity and coordination of care. When specialty expertise is needed, Dr. Agrawal works closely with consultants, helping patients understand and integrate recommendations from multiple physicians so that their care remains connected, thoughtful, and centered around the individual.
